Frymir

Frymir is the Holy Jello Spirit of Kaltia and Iceland.

Also called the Frost King, he rules over ice, snow, and raging blizzards. His body shines like crystal, sharp as glass, and his aura is colder than the stars of winter. His fur is white with shades of blue, and crystals cover his head. At the centre of his power lies his Jello Crystal, sitting proudly on his nose. This crystal is both a weapon for striking enemies and a source of his radiant energy. He sparkles like snow.

Born from the deepest ice of Kaltia, Frymir carries the endless power of winter inside him. His breath brings storms, his roar causes avalanches, and with a single step, he can freeze even the strongest waters.

To meet Frymir is both dangerous and an honour. His freezing presence may overcome the weak, but those who face him with courage and respect may earn his protection. Legends say he can bless the strong with the ability to merge their spirit with the ice. In the hidden Crystal Caves, Frymir protects travellers and, in times of need, can even make the caves appear to lost Jellocats.

The shining Northern Lights are seen as Frymir’s crown, glowing across the night sky to remind all that the God of Ice is always watching.

❄️ The Frymari – Followers of Frymir

The Frymari are the loyal followers of Frymir, the Frost King. They live in the frozen lands of Kaltia and in the snowy regions of Iceland, where blizzards and ice rule much of their lives. Some remain in Kaltia’s unforgiving storms, while others have made their homes in Iceland’s gentler winters.

Despite the cold that surrounds them, the Frymari are a warm-hearted and welcoming people. Their communities hold together with great strength, and no Jellocat is ever left behind in a storm. Together they endure, and together they thrive.

They honour Frymir by building shrines of glowing ice-crystals and gathering beneath the Northern Lights, which they call Frymir’s Crown.

The Frymari walk two paths:

• Frostbearers – survivalists who guide others safely through storms and icy lands.

• Stormcallers – mystics who claim to hear Frymir’s voice in the wind and snow.

It is said Frymir sometimes blesses chosen Frymari with an Iceheart, a crystal shard of his own power. These rare Jellocats can survive any storm and are seen as his true champions.
