Melo Melos need a lot of water to grow, which is why they occur in lakes and rivers. They have a light green colour with small light blue stripes and their shape is reminiscent of a small watermelon. Their shell is very hard to crack, but if the Melo Melo is split in half, you can see its white, inner flesh.
